All California orders are charged a current 9% state sales tax when shipped, or delivered. All other domestic and international orders ARE NOT charged sales tax.
Most orders ship fully insured, signature required for delivery, via UPS Ground with a tracking number, within 48 hrs. Smaller orders may ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please see our attractive flat shipping rates below. If you require Next Day or 2-Day Service, please ignore the posted shipping rates and let us know your needs in the Special Instructions box in the on line order form. We will be in contact via phone or email with rates within 24 hours.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES FOR NEW ITEMS
Flat domestic shipping rate is $10 per order shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES FOR NEW ITEMS
Flat international shipping rate for standard delivery time (UPS Standard or USPS Priority) is $50 per order. Please realize that we are not responsible and do not have any control over import duties and taxes that may apply and vary from country to country. You are responsible and must pay for these fees. That being said, we do ship gear weekly all across the world and can work with you on special requests on customs forms and more.
SHIPPING RATES FOR USED ITEMS
Will be calculated cheapest way and communicated via email or phone for each order.
Please contact us first before returning merchandise.
All unopened purchased items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Return postage must be paid by the buyer.
All returned opened merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned in like-new condition, and include original packaging materials and all documentation and accessories. Restock fees can be reduced to 15% in an exchange for in-stock items of comparable value/price. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts and items that have been physically damaged or misused. Return shipping fees for all merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
Any purchased items that are defective can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of the purchase date, any defective items will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair and we can advise on that process. Most manufacturers offer 1 year warranties on their products.
All used gear is sold as is and is guaranteed not to be defective. If a used item arrives DOA, then please contact us to arrange a return and a refund.

We do take trade ins in order to help you get into the gear we carry. Please feel free to contact us about gear you are considering selling and we can quote you prices for store credit on your trade ins.
