Triquetra is a flexible shift-register module that allows the user to choose individual loops, output levels, gate settings, and bit-generating algorithms for each of the three registers for a powerful source of modulation and sequencing in your rack.

Triquetra contains three individual shift-registers which are normally clocked through the A Clock input, synchronizing them to the same timing source. However, each register can be clocked separately by providing a different timing at the respective B Clock and C Clock inputs.

Each register has a toggle to choose either the Free Run or Loop option. The respective ADD or DEL buttons will insert or remove a bit (at the next clock pulse) from the register when held down. This function is available regardless of which mode is toggled. The red, green, and blue buttons allow the user to choose which of the seven bit-generating algorithms is used for the corresponding register.

The different algorithms (by LED color) are:

Red - LFSR mode 1

Green - LFSR mode 2

Yellow - Small Number Modulus

Blue - Fibonacci Sequence

Pink - Prime Number Sequence

Teal - Large Number Modulus

White - Otter Mods Cryptograph
